Victory and Associates accepts projects in 40-hour increments for executive, management, and staff positions. Our target is to present four candidates who are thoroughly evaluated, qualified, seriously interested, and ready to interview. The fee is $250.00 per hour plus expenses.

Victory and Associates accepts physician searches in 40-hour increments. Our target is to present two interested, thoroughly evaluated, qualified, serious candidates who are ready to interview for a fee of $300.00 per hour plus expenses.

Each professional presented will meet your specific requirements including educational background and professional experience. Victory and Associates gives each candidate full knowledge of the position's responsibilities, reporting relationships, and geographic location. We only present candidates who are seriously interested in interviewing and pursuing your opportunity and are available. Unlike other search firms, you can hire all the candidates for the same position at no additional cost.
