A Company History

In 1998, LuAnn Victory founded Victory and Associates. With a background in physician and executive recruiting, strategic marketing, and public relations, she recognized a need for a true alternative to traditional recruitment resources.

She performed research and recruitment projects for retained search firms such as Korn Ferry International, LAI Worldwide, TASA International, Stanton Chase, TMP and Merle Owens and Associates before starting her own firm. Ms. Victory has a Master's degree in Communications from Southwest Missouri State University and a Bachelor's in Communications from St. Cloud State University.

Her vision was to create a firm that would deliver cost-conscious alternative recruitment strategies, so she designed recruitment strategies on an hourly basis.

Today, we are proud to say that Victory and Associates is successfully working on hourly, retained recruitment projects for many of the world's leading companies.
