Step One
Targeting

Educating each member of the Victory and Associates team on client company's information and the position information including any unique skills sets required or technical aspects to the position.
A position description is designed or enhanced for the organization and forwarded to the client for approval.
A detailed personal summary / interview profile is developed and forwarded to the client for changes and / or approval.
Research and initial targeting or expanding of target company list in your industry that may have prospective candidates working in similar positions.
Contact companies on initial target list to verify that they in fact do have prospective candidates working in this area.
Prepare a verified target list of companies to begin sourcing.

Step Two
Sourcing

Calling into companies on the final target list to network and source names of prospective candidates.
Compile complete list of prospective candidates (approximately 75)

Step Three
Profiling Candidates

Place initial calls to the list of prospective candidates.
Conduct preliminary candidate interviews.
Obtain referrals.
Conduct any additional interviews if necessary.

Step Four

Profile and present fully qualified and interested candidates to client.
